Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing customers seeking housing finance solutions, including identifying prospects, explaining loan products, and guiding applicants through documentation and approval processes. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up, addressing queries, and supporting loan servicing and renewals. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursement, compliance with company policies, and achievement of branch and individual business targets. Day-to-day activities also include market outreach, coordination with local partners, and providing feedback on customer needs to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term engagement.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and achieving housing loan targets.
- Basic credit understanding and financial analysis skills to assess customer eligibility and support responsible lending decisions.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Comfort with fieldwork in semi-urban and urban areas around Ahmedabad, and familiarity with local markets is an advantage.
- Graduation in any discipline; a degree in finance, business, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or retail financial services is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to learn company systems; working knowledge of English and local languages in Gujarat is desirable.
