📋 Job Description – Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager
Role: Relationship Manager (RM) / Senior Relationship Manager (SRM)
Business: Motor Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new Motor Insurance business through partners, dealers, customers and market visits.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and customers.
* Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network.
* Provide proper support to partners for policy issuance, renewals and other queries.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely processing.
* Follow up on leads, quotations, renewals and pending cases.
* Maintain regular business reports and daily activity updates.
* Ensure good customer service and long-term business relationships.
* For SRM, guide and support the RM/team and help achieve overall branch business targets.
Candidate Profile:
* Good communication and relationship-building skills.
* Sales-oriented and target-focused.
* Basic knowledge/experience of Motor Insurance preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
