Position: Relationship Manager
📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat, India (On-site)
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Fixed CTC) + Up to ₹3.6 LPA Variable Pay
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

Candidates with experience in Equity / Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Services preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of the company's investment products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client interactions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Conduct presentations and participate in client meetings and networking events.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management services.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and client management platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Stock Market Sales, Investment Advisory, or Relationship Management roles is preferred.
