Regional Project Executive – Digital Education & Anganwadi
Based in Dehradun | Frequent Travel across Dehradun, Tehri & nearby districts and states
Reporting to the Mashmari Corporate Office at Noida
Date of Start: Immediate
At Mashmari Consultants Pvt. Ltd., we are building AI-enabled Digital Anganwadis, Smart Classrooms, Teacher Training and Community Learning platforms across India in partnership with government departments, BSNL, NGOs and educational institutions.
We are looking for an energetic, self-driven professional to represent Mashmari in Uttarakhand.
Your Role
You will become Mashmari's regional representative responsible for coordinating projects and business activities across districts such as Dehradun and Tehri.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Coordinating delivery, installation and commissioning activities of digital equipment to anganwadis
✅ Identifying local resources and overseeing completion of minor civil works at remote learning centres
✅ Coordinating with WCDD officials, CDPOs, Supervisors and Anganwadi Workers
✅ Working closely with BSNL teams and partner organisations
✅ Conducting meetings, demonstrations and project reviews
✅ Coordinating surveys, coordinating logistics, inventory and local office activities
✅ Recruiting and managing local installation teams and field associates
✅ Supporting worker training and project documentation
✅ Following up project approvals, payments, certificates and documentation
✅ Supporting proposal development and regional business growth
What we're looking for
✔ Graduate (Engineering, Management or equivalent preferred)
✔ 2–6 years of similar project coordination or operations experience
✔ Comfortable interacting with Government officers and NGO partners
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Strong organisational ability
✔ Comfortable travelling frequently within Uttarakhand
Essential Requirements
✅ Resident of Dehradun or nearby
✅ Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler
✅ Ability to establish and operate a small SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) from own residence for day-to-day coordination
✅ Laptop with reliable broadband connection
