Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as HVAC, purified water systems, compressed air, boilers, and electrical systems.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination for repairs and servicing.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive measures within the plant.
