Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager to oversee multiple clinics across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing clinic operations, leading frontline teams, improving patient experience, and achieving revenue and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive clinic growth and achieve monthly revenue, patient footfall, conversion, and other business targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinics and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage, guide, and monitor clinic teams, including front desk and support staff.
- Improve patient experience, retention, repeat visits, and overall satisfaction.
- Monitor patient enquiries, follow-ups, missed appointments, and conversion performance.
- Train front desk teams on patient handling, communication, appointment management, and follow-up processes.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and timely replenishment across clinics.
- Coordinate with central marketing and business teams to increase patient footfall.
- Develop new business opportunities, local tie-ups, referral networks, and partnerships.
- Analyse clinic-wise performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Share regular performance reports and updates with senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare, clinic operations, hospitals, diagnostics, wellness, or retail healthcare.
- Experience handling multiple clinics or locations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of business growth, revenue targets, and operational management.
- Proven experience in managing frontline teams and achieving business targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong patient/customer management and business development abilities.
- Comfortable travelling 15–20 days per month across the assigned region.
