✔Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, and business targets
✔Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
✔Strong expertise in market expansion, client management, and stakeholder management
✔Ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies
✔Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
✔Strong business acumen with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindset

👥Team Management: Mandatory 3–4 years of team handling experience
