About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Direct Sales to lead and drive the Direct Sales business across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Direct Sales teams across multiple branches/locations.
- Drive sales targets, business growth, and revenue for the region.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Sales Managers and frontline teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/annual targets.
- Develop effective sales strategies and strengthen market presence.
- Ensure quality business, customer acquisition, and persistency.
- Coordinate with Branch/Area/Regional leadership to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales.
- Strong experience in Direct Sales / Direct Distribution is mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple branches/teams preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and target-achievement skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer acquisition.
- Graduate/MBA preferred.7
