Role. – Regional Cluster HeadJob Location - LucknowQualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – prefer Mechanical / MBA/PGDBM in Marketing or Business Management
Key Responsibilities :
o Identify / Map critically important geographies within the territory for network
appointment.
o Decide on relevant distribution strategy – Segment-wise distribution/
exclusive distribution.
o Identify and appoint primary network.
o Handhold the distributor and scale up with speed. Work on aggressive
market penetration strategies for quick and efficient scale up.
o Post stabilisation hand over to existing sales operation team.
o Look for allied product distribution – Batteries, Tyres & Tubes and Vehicle
care products.
o In non-critical geographies work in tandem with the Sales operation team for
identification and appointment of suitable primary network
o Enforce sales and distribution policies in coordination with the network.
