Referral Marketing Manager – Eye Care

About the Role
Eyesphere is looking for an experienced Referral Marketing Manager to build and strengthen our doctor and institutional referral network. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working in the eye care industry and developing relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand referral partnerships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
- Generate patient referrals through strategic relationship management.
- Identify and onboard new referral partners across Delhi NCR.
- Conduct regular meetings, CMEs, and engagement activities with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor referral performance and drive consistent growth.
- Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure an excellent referral experience.
- Maintain CRM and referral pipeline with periodic reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in referral marketing/business development within the ophthalmology or eye care sector.
- Strong network of ophthalmologists, hospitals, and optical partners in Delhi NCR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across NCR.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving growth targets.
Preferred Experience
- Worked with an eye hospital, ophthalmology chain, or ophthalmic diagnostic company.
- Experience in doctor outreach, B2B healthcare marketing, or institutional partnerships.
