Nexbase LLC | Full-Time | Night Shift / US Shift
Nexbase LLC is looking for an International Recruitment Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for freshers and professionals with international customer support, customer service, sales, or client-facing experience who have strong communication skills and want to build a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Contact candidates through calls, emails, and messages.
- Screen candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records and meet daily activity targets.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.

- International customer support, sales, or recruitment experience is a plus, but not required.
