Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Manager role based in Kannur, Kasargod. The Recruitment Manager will oversee end-to-end hiring activities, including workforce planning, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. The role includes managing recruitment metrics, maintaining talent pipelines for key positions, and ensuring a consistent, fair, and compliant hiring process. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate closely with department heads, oversee onboarding in coordination with HR, and support employer branding initiatives such as career events and digital campaigns. The position also involves optimizing recruitment processes, maintaining accurate records, and regularly reporting on hiring status to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Skills in stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic HR practices and compliance.
- Previous experience in the automotive or retail sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Kannur and engaging directly with teams and candidates.
