We're Hiring | Recruitment Executive (Telecalling) 📞
📍 Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Work from Office)
ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its recruitment team and looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Recruitment Executives (Telecalling).

📌 Important: This is NOT a sales process. Your role will focus on candidate recruitment, screening, and onboarding support.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make 100–200 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
✅ Explain job opportunities and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
✅ Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups.
✅ Coordinate with the internal recruitment team.
✅ Achieve daily recruitment goals.
✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
🎓 Eligibility:
✔️ Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
✔️ Graduate or Undergraduate.
✔️ Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage).
✔️ Comfortable with target-based outbound calling.
💼 Compensation:
🕒 Probation Period: 2 Months
💰 Stipend During Probation: ₹8,000 (In-Hand) per month
💰 After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹10,000–₹15,000 (In-Hand) per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
