IT Recruitment Consultant – Job Description
📍 Location: India - 100% remote
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
📝 Overview:
RED Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment for UK, EU and USA.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
-Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
-Write and post job advertisements across multiple channels to attract qualified candidates.
-Manage the recruitment cycle
-Collaboration with the Account Manager for candidates and roles
-Provide consultative guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
-Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using CRM or ATS systems.
-Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs related to placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
🧠 Requirements:
-Proven experience in international IT recruitment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
-A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
