LevelUP HCS is growing our team supporting a leading US investment bank with a global presence, and we're looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst who loves getting the detail right.
Based in Pune, you will be working on-site 3 days per week.
Working with our Recruiting Operations Lead, you'll own key operational processes across Talent Acquisition: requisition approvals, offer checks and approvals, contract checks, and issuing contracts via DocuSign. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, Operations and the wider recruitment team, and help improve how we work.
You'll bring:

✅ Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
✅ A strong compliance mindset
✅ Clear, professional communication
✅ Financial Services and Recruitment experience is required
