About The Role
We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with a strong background in
Technical & Engineering Recruitment.
Industry Experience
Candidates with recruitment experience across the following industries will be considered:
- Manufacturing
- EPC
- Infrastructure
- Oil & Gas
- Marine & Shipbuilding
Preferred: Candidates with experience in
EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Marine & Shipbuilding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
