Role Description The Recruiter – Engineering Hiring is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical roles, including requirement gathering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The recruiter coordinates interview schedules, facilitates assessment and evaluation processes, and supports hiring managers in selection decisions. The role includes managing offers, negotiating compensation within defined guidelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. The recruiter also maintains accurate recruitment records, tracks hiring metrics, and collaborates with HR and business teams to continuously improve talent acquisition practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess effective Technical Recruiting capabilities, particularly for engineering and project-focused roles in industrial sectors.
- Relevant experience in recruitment for industries such as oil and gas, power, infrastructure, or engineering services is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and meet defined timelines and quality standards.
