Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, along with strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills
- Experience with Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong screening, headhunting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
