Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
Experience: 1– 3 years (preferred)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, automotive, construction, and other non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates mostly Engineers (Mech/Civil/Electrical) while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate compensation, release dates, and employment terms.
Prepare and roll out offer letters and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree having experience hiring engineers, technicians, supervisors, and manufacturing professionals is preferred.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
