HR Recruiter & Database Executive
CADOPILAR Software Private Limited | Andheri East, Mumbai
CADOPILAR Software Private Limited is looking for a smart, energetic and organised HR Recruiter & Database Executive to join our growing team.
What You Will Do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, Job Hai, etc.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Manage customer & lead databases.
• Generate leads using Google, Apollo, Lusha & LinkedIn.
• Support Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
• Prepare reports and support daily office operations.
What We Are Looking For
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.**
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and typing.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
Experience with Naukri / LinkedIn / Apollo / Lusha or email & WhatsApp marketing tools.
