Role Description The HR Recruiter role at Envision is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes across various roles within the organization. This position will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring experience. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating onboarding activities, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant labor regulations. The HR Recruiter will contribute to building a diverse, high-performing team that supports Envision’s mission in overseas education.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and draft clear, accurate job descriptions.
- Competence in using HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, job portals, professional networking platforms) and maintaining organized candidate records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role; experience in education or consulting sectors is a plus.
