About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and be capable of managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Immediate joiners are preferred/required.
Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
