🚨 HIRING NOW | RECRUITER
We’re looking for a Recruiter to own the entire recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding candidates.
🔹 Understand business & functional manpower requirements
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
🔹 Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants & other channels
🔹 Screen and shortlist candidates as per technical & functional requirements
🔹 Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection
🔹 Manage offers, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups
🔹 Handle candidate documentation and onboarding
🔹 Coordinate attendance and payroll-related queries
🔹 Manage replacements and employee concerns
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
🔹 Track TAT, source effectiveness, selection & joining ratios
🔹 Build and maintain a strong talent database for the automotive sector
🔹 Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
