Intellectt is expanding its team in Indore! We are looking for sharp, driven US Staffing Recruiters to manage full-lifecycle recruitment for our global clients.
๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Indore (Onsite)
๐บ๐๐๐๐: 6:30 PM โ 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: 3โ7 Years (US IT / Non-IT Recruitment)
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for major US clients.
- Source top talent using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
- Manage complex requirements across W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to hit hiring targets.
- Own the candidate journey: from screening and negotiation to onboarding.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ :
- 3โ7 years of solid US staffing experience.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms, sourcing strategies, and VMS portals.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ready to crush it on the US night shift.
