Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete recruitment and talent acquisition process
* Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
* Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable profiles
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Manage offer discussions and joining formalities
* Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
* Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets
* Perform onboarding documentation and joining formalities for new joiners
Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in B2B recruitment / talent acquisition
* Strong knowledge of hiring and recruitment processes
* Good understanding of the digital marketing industry
* Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good screening, coordination and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring timelines
* Immediate joiners preferred
* Location: Pune
* Salary: No bar for the right candidate
