We’re Hiring | Operations & People Manager Intern
Diginex Media is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Operations & People Manager Intern to work closely with our team and help coordinate day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to understand how a growing company actually operates, beyond just theory.
What You’ll Work On
• Coordinate with team members and interns
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
• Follow up on pending work and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate and schedule team meetings
• Maintain internal trackers and workflows
• Prepare weekly progress updates
• Support team onboarding and coordination
• Help improve internal processes and communication
• Work closely with the Founder and different teams
• Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities
