Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented **Sales Manager** to lead our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
* Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and site visits.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and property consultants.
* Monitor sales pipelines, team performance, and daily activities.
* Ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients and maximize conversion rates.
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management.
* Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth lead management and closures.
* Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets.
Requirements
* **2–4 years of experience in real estate sales**, preferably in Gurgaon/NCR.
* Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing real estate deals.
* Strong knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market and major locations/projects.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
* Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
* Ability to conduct and manage property/site visits.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
* Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
* Candidates with strong Channel Partner (CP) networks will be preferred.
