• 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Handling
• Strong & consistent career track record
• Real Estate Sales experience preferred
• Ability to lead and coach a team of 5–8 Sales Associates
• Target-driven, accountable & CRM-disciplined
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive team sales and closure targets
• Train, coach & manage team performance
• Manage sales pipelines and CRM activities
• Support deal closures and ensure team accountability
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets
