Devicks Infra LLP is expanding its real estate sales and marketing team in Rajarhat, Kolkata, and we are looking for proactive, performance-driven professionals who want to grow with a developing real estate advisory business.
We are specifically looking for candidates with practical exposure to real estate sales, customer handling, lead generation and/or digital marketing.
📌 Open Positions
1. Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor
💰 Salary: ₹15,000/month + performance incentives
2. Real Estate Sales & Lead Executive
💰 Salary: ₹12,500/month + performance incentives
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive
💰 Salary: ₹12,500/month + performance incentives
What we're looking for
We prefer candidates who have:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property advisory, brokerage or related sales
- Strong customer communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Ability to coordinate and conduct property site visits
- Knowledge of Kolkata / New Town / Rajarhat real estate market is an advantage
- Digital and social media marketing knowledge
- Ability to use WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and property portals
- Strong ownership, initiative and willingness to generate business
- Ability to work with targets and measurable KPIs
