About the Company
We are a growing Solar EPC company specializing in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of solar power projects for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our business growth and expand our customer base.
Job Responsibilities
● Generate new business leads through field marketing, networking, references, digital channels, and other marketing activities.
● Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers for solar projects.
● Conduct customer meetings, understand their requirements, and explain suitable solar solutions.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.
● Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, quotations, proposals, and project discussions.
● Participate in exhibitions, events, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
● Conduct market research and keep track of competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
● Maintain regular records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
● Achieve assigned lead-generation and business-development targets.
Candidate Profile
● Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
● Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, or EPC industry will be an advantage.
● Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
● Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
● Self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office, AI tools, and digital marketing platforms is desirable.
