š About Our Client:
Our client is a leading professional services firm providing audit, tax, advisory, assurance, and business consulting services. They are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality management processes, ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards, conduct quality reviews, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong audit and assurance knowledge, excellent analytical skills, sound professional judgment, and a strong commitment to maintaining high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct quality reviews of audit and assurance engagements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable professional, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Identify quality risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external quality inspections and reviews.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on quality management requirements.
- Prepare quality assurance reports and communicate findings to management.
- Promote continuous improvement in audit and assurance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an audit or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, quality management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
