About Partex.AI
Partex.AI is a global AI-driven technology company transforming the life sciences and drug discovery ecosystem through advanced data, generative AI, and proprietary technology platforms. With operations across India, Germany, Switzerland, and the USA, Partex.AI works with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organisations to unlock efficiencies and accelerate research, development, and decision-making.
As the organisation continues to scale, Partex.AI is building an automation-first finance function focused on strengthening controllership, standardisation, governance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
The Associate Manager – Financial Services will be a key member of Partex.AI's Finance Transformation and Automation charter, responsible for driving standardisation, process optimisation, controls, and automation across the Record-to-Report (R2R) lifecycle.
The role will serve as the Finance SME and business–technology bridge, working closely with finance stakeholders, process owners, product teams, and technology/development teams to convert accounting and controllership requirements into structured, scalable, and automation-ready solutions.
The individual will be expected to understand complex financial processes, identify control and process gaps, define business rules and requirements, and work with technology teams to design, automate, validate, and continuously improve finance processes.
This is a transformation-oriented role rather than a traditional BAU accounting position, with a strong focus on process excellence, automation, data quality, controls, and digital finance.

- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
