Greenvissage is seeking a dedicated Audit & Assurance Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial statements, conducting audits, and delivering valuable recommendations to our esteemed clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate financial statements and audit reports
• Conduct financial audits in line with statutory requirements per the Companies Act
• Prepare and present Financial statements for companies and LLPs
• Perform internal audits and due diligence procedures
• Assist in providing various certificates as required
Qualifications:
• CA Finalist or a CA Inter with 1 to 3 years of experience in Statutory Audit Domain
• Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and auditing principles
• Previous experience in conducting financial audits and analyzing financial statements & audit reports
• Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
