Role Description The CA Associate – Kothrud is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, focused on supporting accounting, taxation, and compliance activities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, assisting with tax computations and filings, and supporting audits and regulatory reporting. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to clarify financial information, ensuring documentation accuracy, and adhering to statutory deadlines. The CA Associate will be expected to follow professional standards, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements within the finance and accounting function.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management.
- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit support.
- Proficiency with accounting and productivity software (e.g., Tally or similar tools, spreadsheets, and documentation tools).
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Professional qualification as CA, CA Inter, or equivalent finance/accounting education preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a CA firm or in corporate accounting is an advantage.
