Chartered Accountant (Audit & Finance) from Manufacturing Organizations preferable, 6 days work from Office, Location, Gurgaon.
Trellis Consulting is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join the finance team of a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation operating in the climate-tech and clean-energy space based out of Gurgaon.
This is an opportunity for a CA who enjoys working across accounting, audit, financial reporting and compliance, and wants to take ownership in a growing organisation where the finance function is an important part of the company's scale-up journey.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Closing
- Manage and drive the month-end closing process.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
Audit & Assurance
- Handle and coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required schedules, documents and information.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and follow-up actions.
- Maintain appropriate audit documentation and records.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate GST and TDS compliance.
- Support other applicable statutory and tax-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance matters.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and support MIS and financial reports for management review.
- Develop meaningful financial reconciliations and analysis.
- Support management with accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong exposure to accounting, audits and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of statutory and tax compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Exposure to ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
