Role Description The Python Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, focused on delivering high-quality Python training to students at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, explaining core and advanced Python concepts, and demonstrating their application through examples and real-time projects. The faculty member will design and update course materials, assignments, and assessments to align with current industry practices and NareshIT standards. Responsibilities also include mentoring students on project work, supporting their preparation for interviews and placements, and providing guidance on career paths in software development. The role involves collaborating with other faculty members and training coordinators to continuously improve the curriculum and learning experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Python programming skills, including core syntax, object-oriented programming, error handling, file operations, and familiarity with standard libraries.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of advanced Python topics such as modules and packages, virtual environments, database connectivity, and exposure to frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) or data-related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas) is preferred.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in software development, including coding best practices, debugging, version control (e.g., Git), and working with real-time projects.
- Candidates should possess effective teaching and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, engage diverse learners, and provide constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess strong classroom management and mentoring abilities, including handling large batches, guiding group projects, and supporting learners with varied academic backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with curriculum design and training methodologies, including creating lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments tailored to industry requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in Python or software development are an added advantage.
