We are looking for a Publisher Manager with hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing to manage and grow our publisher network while ensuring high-quality campaign performance.
📍 Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate publishers.
- Handle day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and publisher support.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze traffic quality and proactively identify, prevent, and resolve fraudulent activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Publisher Management.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, or other performance marketing models.
- Experience in campaign optimization, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
