Role Overview
Laxmandeep is seeking an experienced Board Director with a strong background in fundraising, venture capital, private equity, family offices, institutional investment, or corporate finance.
The Board Director will provide strategic oversight, support capital-raising initiatives, expand investor relationships, and contribute to long-term organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings a high-value network, investment expertise, and a commitment to helping scale innovative ventures globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and governance as a member of the Board of Directors.
- Support fundraising initiatives and facilitate introductions to qualified investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional partners.
- Advise on capital strategy, valuation, investment structuring, and long-term growth planning.
- Review and provide feedback on investor presentations, business plans, and fundraising materials.
- Participate in board meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Assist in identifying strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
- Promote Laxmandeep's vision within professional and investment communities.
- Support investor relations and stakeholder engagement activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Board Member, Investor, Venture Capital Professional, Private Equity Professional, Investment Banker, or Senior Executive.
- Strong global investor network and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience supporting startup, growth-stage, or technology-focused companies.
- Understanding of corporate governance, fundraising, and capital markets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to contribute strategically while maintaining independence and professional integrity.
Compensation Structure
Equity-Based Model
- No salary, retainer, or fixed compensation.
- Equity participation based on investment commitment, strategic contribution, and long-term value creation.
- Additional equity incentives may be considered for significant fundraising achievements and strategic partnerships.
Minimum Participation
- Minimum investment commitment: USD $100,000
- Higher participation levels may qualify for enhanced equity allocation and strategic leadership opportunities.
