We're Hiring |Project Manager (ELV)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
NEETDEEP Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of ELV and construction projects. If you have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience managing projects from planning to handover, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of ELV and construction projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Supervise site activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Prepare BOQs, project documentation, progress reports, and completion reports.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Mentor and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV, MEP, or Construction Project Management.
Strong knowledge of:
- CCTV Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Structured Cabling & Networking
- Audio-Visual (AV) Systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, vendor management, and client coordination.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
