Role Description The Project Manager role at Satyamev Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for residential and commercial developments, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. This role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving operational issues, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, execution, and Project Management tools.
- Expediting and Expeditor experience to streamline project workflows and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Inspection skills to oversee site activities, quality checks, and adherence to project specifications.
- Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
