Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Nashik. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, addressing risks and issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves supervising expediting activities for materials and equipment, coordinating inspections, and managing logistics to ensure on-time delivery to the site. The Project Manager will prepare regular status reports, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in project processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control procedures on construction or infrastructure projects
- Competence in Logistics Management, including coordination of transport, warehousing, and site deliveries
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with scheduling software is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
