Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – Roof Top Solar role based in Lucknow. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of rooftop solar projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, managing procurement and expediting of materials, and supervising site activities and inspections to comply with safety and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring project progress, addressing risks and issues, optimizing logistics and resource allocation, and preparing regular status reports and documentation for stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement in project processes and contribute to client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee site work, verify quality and safety compliance, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, storage, and on-site resource allocation efficiently.
- Relevant experience in rooftop solar or renewable energy projects, with knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with clients and partners.
