Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in the Pune District and is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery within Savills India’s real estate and consulting portfolio. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves coordinating inspections, tracking progress against milestones, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions where necessary. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to align project objectives with business goals, while upholding safety, compliance, and company policies on-site.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation across all project stages.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee site activities, verify quality standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate supply chain activities, manage vendors, and optimize on-site material handling.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing construction or real estate projects, ideally within commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to dynamic project environments while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
