Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Pune. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for real estate and property-related assignments, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients; managing project timelines and milestones; and monitoring progress through regular status updates and reporting. The Project Manager will handle procurement and expediting activities, supervise inspections and quality checks, and address risks or issues to maintain smooth project operations. The role also involves preparing documentation, maintaining compliance with company standards and local regulations, and supporting continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership with proven skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Hands-on experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
- Competence in Inspection activities, including quality checks, site visits, and verification of contractor and vendor performance.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to support material handling, site readiness, and coordination of supply chain partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, real estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and project documents, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property consulting environments, preferably within large or complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms).
- Capacity to work on-site in Pune, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of integrity and professional conduct.
