Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients; managing budgets and resources; and monitoring progress against milestones. The role involves expediting materials and services, resolving site issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Project Manager will prepare regular status reports, risk assessments, and improvement plans, while supporting continuous enhancement of project processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Candidates should possess expertise in expeditor and expediting functions to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications and standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material flow, vendor coordination, and site-level resource planning.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects, preferably in township or large-scale developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively on-site.
