Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, managing project schedules, and monitoring resource allocation. Day-to-day tasks involve tracking project progress, addressing site-level issues, reviewing inspections and quality reports, and maintaining documentation in line with regulatory and company standards. The Project Manager will also lead project meetings, manage risks, support logistics planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and construction practices.Hi Rise Construction Experience is Must.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on materials, vendor commitments, and timely deliveries.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance with standards, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate material movement, site deliveries, and inventory control.
- Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in residential or institutional developments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and resolve issues in a fast-paced site environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a project management certification is an advantage.
