About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR projects, including plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, issues and actions through dashboards and status reports.
- Coordinate project meetings, agendas, decisions and follow-ups.
- Partner with HR, business leaders and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Lead coordination of employee survey launches, communications, participation tracking and action planning.
- Support Exol University, including learning programs, vendors, scheduling, LMS administration and change management.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and employee-facing HR initiatives.
- Support recurring HR processes across performance, compensation, engagement, learning and talent.
- Prepare executive-ready project updates and HR reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6–10 years of experience in HR project/program management, HR operations, L&D, change management or related areas.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, vendors and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
- Experience with employee surveys, engagement programs or enterprise HR initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in L&D, LMS administration, learning program management or training coordination is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project-management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
