We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Management professional with strong experience in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and Cloud implementation programs.
🔹 Key Skills & Experience:
• 10–15 years of overall experience
• Experience leading multiple SAP S/4HANA & Cloud Technology implementations
• Strong experience managing large ERP programs/projects
• Pharma industry experience is preferred
• Experience working with Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies
• Experience as Test Manager & Cutover Manager for SAP S/4HANA/Cloud implementations
• Strong coordination across Functional, Technical, Compliance and 3rd-party teams
• Knowledge of GxP practices and project implementation methodologies
• Experience in scope, risk and change management
• Strong project documentation and reporting skills
• Experience in release management, especially for cloud-based solutions
• Strong understanding of testing strategy and execution
• Experience defining and leading cutover planning and activities
• Exposure to data migration and post-go-live/hypercare activities
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
