Role Description The Project Engineer for the CBG Bio Gas Plant will oversee the planning, execution, and commissioning of plant projects at the on-site location in Punjab, India. This full-time role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project milestones, safety standards, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, supervising installation and construction activities, reviewing technical drawings and electrical layouts, and troubleshooting engineering issues during implementation. The role also requires monitoring project costs and timelines, preparing progress reports, supporting testing and commissioning of plant systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The Project Engineer will actively participate in site meetings, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of plant performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to CBG or similar industrial plants.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and execution control.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with site teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in industrial projects, energy systems, or process plants, preferably in bio gas or renewable energy.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and basic regulatory requirements for plant operations.
- Ability to work on-site, handle field challenges, and use engineering tools and software for design review and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
