Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution at interior and construction sites, ensuring design intent is accurately translated into quality-built spaces. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors; supervising on-site work; and monitoring progress against timelines and specifications. The role involves conducting routine inspections, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving technical and operational issues as they arise. The Site Engineer will also support documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with Creative Geometry’s design and quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong on-site supervision skills with experience managing daily construction or interior execution activities.
- Effective communication abilities for coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, including inspection, compliance with standards, and issue resolution.
- Background in structural engineering or civil engineering, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with interior fit-out or construction industry practices, materials, and execution methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings; basic CAD skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under project timelines.
